Delivery
1. The goods are delivered by Omniva couriers to the post office specified by the Buyer.

2. Usually the goods are delivered within 1-2 working days from the received payment for the goods, if the goods are in the Seller's warehouses. The Seller does not guarantee that the goods will be delivered within the specified term in all cases, especially if the ordered goods are not in the Seller's warehouses. Delivery of goods is carried out throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, including the Curonian Spit.

3. The exact date and time of delivery of the goods is indicated in the notification provided by the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail. to the email address provided by the Buyer on the registration form. & nbsp;

4. Upon delivery of the goods to the Omniva post office specified by the Buyer, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Buyer, regardless of whether the goods are actually accepted by the Buyer or by any other person who has accepted the goods. & nbsp;
